By 8am, AEC will send out an email to all parents letting them know if we will be open or not. If AEC will be open, we will open between 9 and 10 am and remain open (unless the weather continues to degrade) until 6:30pm.
The cost for student coverage on snow days is $40 for the school day up until 2:30. Those who have already paid for the day (from 2:30 on) will be charged only for coverage additional to the normal $25/day afterschool fee.
