
Diana Weisner, Executive Director
Diana Weisner hails from Long Island, NY. Through her work during the summers at a local summer camp, she fostered her passion for working with youth. She graduated with Honors from Temple University with a Dual-Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and English. Throughout her time at Temple, she worked within many student services organizations, like the campus trauma center, and the peer conflict resolution team. She was also a Resident Assistant, working exclusively with Freshmen, to help support them in their transition to college. During the summers at Temple, she was one of two managers that supported and organized the Autistic Annual Conference, called Autreat . Diana was highly involved in the development and implementation of a childcare program for over 60 children with Autism during the week-long Autreat. At Lesley University, Diana is currently working towards completing her Masters in Community Arts and Youth Development. Her time at Arlington Enrichment Collaborative began with an inspirational graduate internship during 2007-2008, and continues impassion her in her role as AEC’s Executive Director.
Eric Love, Program Coordinator
Eric is an awarded professional fine and performing artist. Love has been teaching art, music, technology, science, theater, martial arts, self development through awareness and civility through empowerment over the last 1.5 decades. Over the last 8 years, through an amalgamation of these subjects, Love has discovered an original educational curriculum which has been titled by its students the "L.A.R.P. Adventure Program" which is one of AEC's most popular programs. This is just one of several other subjects Love teaches. Outside of AEC, Love works as a private life coach, fine artist / designer and musician.
Jeana Paolino, Lead Educator
Jeana recently graduated from Northeastern University where she majored in
Criminal Justice and minored in Sociology. Jeana discovered her passion for
working with youth as a religious educator during her senior year in high
school. While in college, she volunteered as an art mentor for the United
South End Settlement’s Artful Transformations Program. As a lifetime
member of Girl Scouts, she has received both her Silver and Gold Awards. Jeana
is looking forward to her first year working with the Arlington Enrichment
Collaborative.
In addition to these staff members, we also have an internship program in collaboration with Lesley University, as well as a homework support volunteer program with Arlington High School. We are looking to expand our staff and hiring group leaders who may have a background in the arts, sciences, or technology.
Board members, Cindy Starks, Laurie Smith, Jerri Newman, and Anita Wolf will continue to serve and be attentive to the needs of AEC and its students ongoing.
